If you are interested in adding your company logo to the iist of available logos that Jab can use for wraps, please read the information below.
To ensure the best possible scalability and accuracy, VECTOR art is the preferred version for all logos that we use. As you can see by the examples below, when a JPG is enlarged, there tends to be a glow or blur around the edge of the logo. This is due to anti-aliasing in the image type. Conversely, you can see that the same logo in EPS (vector) format scales without any distortion and the edges are nice and sharp.
Another disadvantage that you can see below is that JPG images are not transparent. You can see the white box around the JPG image to the left where the EPS version on the right has none. This is because the background color is coded into a JPG. The EPS version can be laid over any color or any design without that pesky white box.
VECTOR art comes in a variety of formats, but most wide used are EPS, AI (Illustrator), CDR (CorelDraw), and sometimes PDF (depending on wether a native vector file was used). Jab Graphix prefers EPS or AI for our uses, although we can handle any of the other formats.
Please email sales@jabgraphix.com with your company logo and we will be happy to add it to the list.
